18+ Access Policy

1. Audience
MoonLight-Panda! is intended for people aged 18 or over, or any higher mandatory age where they are located. Minors must not obtain age-restricted materials or purchase the corresponding access.
2. Content
Localisations and modifications may include explicit text, nudity, sexual scenes and other adult themes. Project rules require characters in sexually explicit materials to be fictional adults; sexualised depictions of minors or characters appearing to be minors are not permitted. An 18+ label does not make prohibited content permissible. An original game's rating does not establish that every package is lawful in every country.
3. Age declaration
On entering the relevant part of the site, users declare that they meet the age requirement. This is self-declaration, not documentary age verification. A cookie remembers the choice for up to 30 days; deleting it may require a new declaration. Legal documents are available without age confirmation. This mechanism is not represented as sufficient in every jurisdiction or impossible to bypass.
4. Local restrictions and reports
Do not open or download a material if applicable law prohibits your access to it. Do not bypass age or territorial restrictions. This does not remove the distributor's own legal obligations. Accounts reasonably suspected to belong to minors may be restricted during review. Report incorrect age labels, suspected prohibited content or underage access using Contact us, including a link to the material; do not forward prohibited images themselves. Reports are reviewed and access restricted where necessary. Payment and use rules appear separately in the Terms of Use.
